Usability Testing for the UA Libraries’ Website

Denise Quintel, an Assistant Professor-Librarian in University Libraries, Web Services, will be discussing the usability sessions conducted by the UA Libraries Web Services department, in preparation for their major website redesign. She’ll go into the reasons why, the planning, the design and implementation of the sessions, and discuss the results which helped then move forward with the project to create a successfully organized and more usable site for their users.
