edUi 2017

edUi is a conference for web professionals working at institutions of learning—colleges, universities, libraries, and museums.

It provides practical professional development in the fields of user interface and user experience design, with a focus on overcoming the challenges unique to higher education and nonprofit organizations.

The conference name is a concatenation of “edu” (as in .edu) and “UI” (user interface). As for how to say edUi, some people spell it out as in, “Eee Dee You Eye,” while others pronounce it “Ed You Eye.”
