Rainey Way, Executive Director of Business Analytics and Process Improvement, will talk about Agility – the Continuous Improvement Program her team is rolling out across the University.

On Agility’s “Respect for People” side, she’ll focus on Psychological Safety, Stakeholders, and the Psychology of Change.  She’ll introduce non-value add activity, otherwise known as waste as well. Come join the conversation!
